What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that means your name, phone number, email address, property address, details about your project, and — if you apply for a job — your work history and any resume file you attach.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our company except the service providers described below.

Why we collect it

To respond to you. A quote request needs a property address to price; a job application needs your background. That is the whole purpose. We may keep your submission on file so we have a record of the project or application.

Service providers

This site is hosted by Vercel, and form submissions are delivered to our staff by email through Resend. Both process your submission only to deliver it to us. If website analytics are enabled, we may use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors read — that data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, standard analytics cookies may be set to measure page visits.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@mjgsurveys.com or call (317) 462-4055 and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
