Information is general, not professional advice
The service descriptions, comparisons, and answers on this site are written to help you understand surveying in general terms. They are not a professional opinion about your specific property, and they should not be relied on in place of an actual survey. Every parcel is different. Only a signed and sealed survey prepared for your property carries professional weight.
Quote requests are not contracts
Submitting a request through this site does not create a contract or obligate either of us to anything. Any pricing or schedule we send in response is an estimate based on the information you provided, and it becomes binding only in a written agreement you accept. Field conditions we could not have known about may change the scope, price, or schedule, and we will tell you if that happens.
Our work product
Surveys, plats, drawings, and reports we prepare are for the client who commissioned them and for the purpose stated. They are not transferable to another party or another purpose without our written consent.
Site content
The text, images, logos, and design on this site belong to MJ Gibson Land Surveying and may not be copied or reused without permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
